4/4 1976 Violin made by Walt Senkow in Dallas, Texas. One of the most unusual in collection. High arching on top and back. Beautiful original linseed oil varnish. One piece back. Walt Senkow was always experimenting with improving the sound of his instruments. This violin shows that he added width to the ribs in his quest for improved sound. It is also a fine example of this man's workmanship to be able to do this. Beautiful and projecting sound. Varnish is in new condition.
